3. Parthasarathi Shome

He is the advisor to the Finance Minister, P Chidambaram. He has been in this role in both the tenures of the UPA government.

Parthasarathi Shome is one of the best tax experts in India. Under his leadership, the Indian Government made a huge profit from the transaction and the withdrawals of the banking cash. He is also one of the active persons behind the General Anti-Avoidance Rules (GAAR) and was the person who governed the Ninth Five Year Plan and the Tenth Five Year Plan.

4. Sumit Bose

Sumit Bose is the secretary to the Finance Commision of India. He also served as the Principal Finance Secretary for the Madhya Pradesh Government and the  Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Human Resource Development.

After P Chidambaram became the Finance Minister, Sumit Bose took the responsibility of the Secretary, Department of Revenue.
