5. R S Gujral

R S Gujral has been the main name behind the hurt sentiments of the investment sectors in the last year budget. He was shifted from the Revenue department to the Expenditure department.

He played an important role in the introduction of the GAAR.

6. D K Mittal

D K Mittal is the secretary to the Department of Financial Services. He also holds an additional charge of the Disinvestment Department. He was appointed in the Disinvestment Department on December 1, 2012.

7. Rajiv Takru

Rajiv Takru is an IAS from the 1979 batch. After the promotion of the 1979 IAS batch, Takru took over as the Secretary in the Financial Services of India. He has also served as the CEO of Prasar Bharati.

Previously, he was the additional secretary in the health ministry and was promoted to the banking division.
