Gol Gappa/ Pani Puri:
Gol gappa or pani puri is a popular street snack in India. It consists of a round, hollow puri, fried crisp and filled with a mixture of sweet and tangy water, chili, chaat masala, potato, onion and chickpeas. In different parts of India they are called by different names, like in the north they are called gol gappas, while in Maharashtra they are called panipuri and in Bengal people call them phuchkas.

Falooda is a cold and sweet beverage. Traditionally it is made by mixing rose syrup with vermicelli, psyllium or basil seeds, jelly pieces and tapioca pearls along with milk, water or ice cream. It is a version of the non-liquid Persian dessert Faloodeh. Kulfi is a popular frozen dairy dessert and is often described as "traditional Indian Subcontinent ice-cream". Kulfi is similar to ice cream in appearance and taste, but is creamier and denser. It comes in various flavours like cream (malai), raspberry, rose, mango, cardamom, saffron, and pistachio. It also comes in newer flavors like apple, orange, strawberry, peanut, and avocado. Delhi is known to serve the two together and the taste is remarkable.
