10 Biggest Complaints About iPhone 5

#7 Messy Maps

iPhone 5 with new Apple iOS 6 combined to ravel rather a different story for Apple’s perfectionism. The users were in for a rude shock after Apple replaced Google maps with their own mapping service. The bridges were all wavy; cities, streets, and some landmark places got different names; and those who followed the map were clearly misled. Though Apple made the beloved Google maps available for its devices now, but the trauma of keeping up with maps for all these days has irked even the die-hard Apple fans.

#6 Gets Scratches Too Easily

When users took the brand new phone out of its packing it was all glitzy; users were happy about that sophisticated feel, however the feel was short lived. iPhone 5 was easily prone to scratches. As Mashable reprted, “The problem appears to be that Apple is using an anodized aluminum chassis for the new iPhone, which is why the phone is so much lighter and thinner, but the material is also easier to scuff up than previous models.”

Bloggers at AllThingsD and posters on the MacRumor forums complain that the black iPhone 5 is very susceptible to dings and scratches, perhaps due to the iPhone 5's aluminum casing.
