Brief description about me
I am a self made personality with completion of Masters Degree in Human Resources Management from Andhra University. I was born and brought up in Visakhapatnam and currently working with Indev Logistics Pvt Ltd., a conglomerate in logistics for Pan India as a Senior Manager - Human Resources in Corporate Office located in Chennai. I have a considerable experience of 10 years in the fields of HR and Administration with service industry mainly in Hotels as well as logistics. I have received many awards and recognitions for my contribution towards HR 881984 ADMIN functions in previous roles including present company.
I have good personal attributes equating professional expertise to make a blend of good HR as well as Admin professional as on today.
Thoughts on Education system of our country
I would like give my opinion regarding the education system in India that it is really developing like the seeds in paddy field as we have many engineering 881984 technological institutes (IITs)881984 Management Institutes (IIMs as they are nurturing and imparting quality of education in the fields of technological and managerial advancement to compete the globe. In contrary, these institutes need to be more to suffice for a country like INDIA.

Yes, I would like to do specialization in Human Capital Management in IIMs as a part time , if available.
Initiative to develop a country
All professionals need to develop their second line and these second line team need to develop their down line like link system to develop all with in spells of time. The imparting of education to all should be processed in the way of training , development and feedback on a perennial basis will definitely result in optimum level.

Important decision
I have chosen my own career path while coming to HR as there is a gap between my graduation and masters degree. After completion of my graduation in commerce I have started working here 881984 there but realized that I need to do management for my progressiveness as well as for my professional career. So, I have taken entrance of HR and got into AU campus where I have completed my PG and made ready myself for promising HR professional for companies.

My father (I have lost him 2 years back) gave me inspiration in a different angle although he was happened to be a great sportsperson but he always prioritized the value of education.
