Career Profile:

I am trying to innovate with my team and growing with my team. Responsibility is to Lead the project with innovation. Apart from Leadership we are also working as a architecture level. Mostly all projects we developed scratch from architecture, development and go live.

My feeling is if plan A,B,C is not working you have alphabets up to Z.

Work hard , do not waste your time in phone calls and chatting.

I am working as a Delivery manager/Architect in Mobility and NZD (Near Zero Downtime) but started as a SSE in my company and grow step by step.

Learnt a lot in every steps.

The Decisions That Matter

I have started my own IT company Hunch Software Pvt Ltd. , could not succeed but learnt a lot to continue my growth.I have completed MS in Cyber law and Security from IMT Gaziabad.

Family Background

I have two brothers and two Sister. My father was banker ,my mother is housewife. My elder brother is also Banker in IT field and sisters are teachers.

I have one 6 year old daughter and my wife is housewife.

So not very highly educated family but well educated.

The Journey So Far:

Started my IT career from teaching in Aptech, Tata Infotect, Wintech and I continue it from at least 5 years. After that I started my own Hardware training institute and successfully ran it for at least 3 years but could not continue because of slowdown in IT training.

I came down to New Delhi to continue to check my entrepreneurship. We started (four partner ) Hunch Software Pvt Ltd and we ran it successfully for 3 year and worked for Indian Railway and other small company like healthcare , schools. I think we could not succeed because of lack of marketing knowledge. We were all technical.

I gave up entrepreneurship, you say it is in hibernate. I joined NCR corporation in 2006 and working with it.
