Could you tell us briefly about your family background?

I am from a middle-class south-Indian family.

Prized Accomplishment(s):

Making myself strong enough to face the challenges in personal & professional life is an accomplishment which i feel proud of myself.

The Journey So Far:

At start of my career had chance to work with AXIS BANK as customer executive.
Then worked with the broking organization Sykes & Rays Equities Ltd for around 1yr& 8 months.
Currently I am associated with eClerx Services Limited for past 8 months.

Career Profile:

My current profile is to work with the team members in the given line of work flow.The job involves to look after many work streams as well as different financial products at a same time.
Previously I was working individually and handling different sub-brokers at same time.

Role Model:

As such I do not have any Role Model but the recent book on Steve Jobs do certainly has inspired me to have different prespective towards life.

Changes In The Professional Environment:

I have not yet noted any professional changes from the time of joining maybe in coming days I would be witnessing any such changes.

Plans For The Future:

To be in such a position which justifies my qualification as well as work experience.

Advice For New Professionals:

Always try to learn new things, try to develop oneself in every aspects, try to make out ones weakness and utilize the strengths.
To have a qualified professional degree is common factor but to be a good professional is a long journey.

Growth Strategy:

I always keep myself updated with the upcoming changes in the market.
Always try to learn new terms which I come across in my work flow.
Try to do something innovative that could make my work easier and help my process to improve.

Other Thoughts:

In today's professional world qualification do matter but what matter more is the caliber and skills of the person that one has to develop eventually.
No one could be successful overnight keep striving, try to think out of the box which help one to be outstanding from others.
