Today the person who is not updating himself with the niche skillset is not fit for the market. Hence i am updating myself through reading and keeping my skillset unique in the market to grow and develop in my life
Thoughts on Education system of our country
In India i have fought with the Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievance addressal for getting a seat which was rejected for my sister in a reputed Deemed university in Tamilnadu. But even when i went till President of India i didnt get justice. Onething that i would recommend for a better education system in india is to inculcate the CBSE standard to all children and to improve the quality merit based system should be followed rather than considering quota system.

Technical: Testing Tools like RFT, RPT, Code secure, Appscan, QC, RQM, RTC, Parasoft SOA Test, Data ware house testing, Test Data Management.

My family background
I am from a middle class family. My father is a Tahsildhar in Theni District, Tamilnadu and My Mother is a Teacher. I have a Younger sister pursuing her Bachelors in Computer Science Engineering.
Important decision
Till thinking about this question. According to me i have not been satisfied with any of my decisions till date which i didnt feel that is most important in my life :)
My role model
My Role Model is APJ Abdul Kalam. The Ex-President of India. The Great man of simplicity.I do have 150 Rolemodels where i have taken positives in their life even though they faced challenges and made their life a history.

Initiative to develop a country
They need to be motivated by indian Government as most of the companies use the talents but then encourage them to be an entrepreneur. Here if that is provided then we wont see our talents working for someother country
Important lesson learned
I would like to share some important lessons that i have learnt from my life both personally and officially,

Never Expect anything from anyone as it will always give you hard feelings.
Dont trust anyone very much except your family
Officially dont expect ethics from anyone as everything will be different from the actual in practical.
Couple of years from now
I would like to be a Manager in next 5 years and would like to be a Delivery Manager in 13 years of my career.
