Family Background
I come from a professional family background with my father being a Medical Doctor, who held very senior positions in his profession. My brother is from IITK and handled very senior roles with few IT companies. My mother is a chosen house maker. They have been a great motivator in my professional career

Basic bible for Biotech professional -The Cell, Gene. Some magazines- Nature, Science, Tibtech. For Marketing- Kotler. Books on Business Management, strategy, Life stories of great leaders
Role Model:
I have 2-3 roles models. My father and brother who motivated me to take up career in biotechnology. There are also some of my colleagues and seniors who had a great influence and always learned 1-2 skills from each one.
Done Differently:
I would like to complete all education first, like doing PhD in Life sciences or doing MBA as full time. This make a lot of difference because you develop a better understanding on the subject and Market. You come as ready to market and you may not have to spend long years to acquire skills which to some extent can be learned in starting of career
