My father is a Govt. Employee and mother is homemaker and we are a nuclear family well settled in Allahabad U.P.

My role model

Its my father, who is a real gentle man he never gave up in any situation and did his best to give us such a nice and cozy lifestyle i glad that he is my father.

Well i like doing things perfectly and just don't do it, because i want to learn and grasp the things in least possible time so that i can get expertise over it.

Views about 'Tech product Introduction is weak among Indians'

Reality is that we Indians don't spend on best practices, industry standards, etc. our organizations lack any principle in there core. Designing a good product in-curds high cost which according to common mentality wont appeal to masses.

My important career decision

I think till now just one - to start early just after BCA.

My achievement

Yet to achieve that much that i can write here but still the best thing i achieved in career is jealousy of fellow and mates in circles and i like it most.

Current Trends

Small or large every one is chasing cloud. In next five years this will eat up the need of discrete man power.

Books recommended

Books are no more in the scope, i recommend beginning with Tech blogs and precisely keywords "How to" on Google before anything which strikes in your mind, if that suits your interest go for in depth topic and if you want to dive in with make a living go for the course and study material simple.

Challenges faced in job

dealing with the unrealistic demands of customer from a device which has limited abilities feels challenging and it needs brainstorming sessions and real engagement with device limitations and your own abilities, and it really helps in grooming and nothing can match that.

My advice

DOs-
Practice and Practice lot of practice.
Say No to 'No' before testing.
When others enjoy, you have to work that's "IT".

Company and job profile

Hi, I am BCA graduate from Integral University Lucknow and pursuing MCA (distance learning, final sem.) I had started my career as a Technical trainer of CCNA and RHCE at HCL CDC Gurgaon. Gradually step by step with experience and social networking i got few opportunities and later got a chance to join HCL Tech as Network Engineer, where i actually learned to play with networks. Network sounds incomplete if one doesn't have knowledge of security i.e firewalls and proxy at least i feel that, hence i started studying both simultaneously and to get hands on joined Progression and yes i think my decision was right.

Goals and Ambitions

To become a network or security consultant.

Making job easier

Being into IT industry and with an SI company its a day dream that i can live easily or work with ease. Its just you have to keep a positive attitude and urge to learn everyday in every difficult scenario.
I know it sounds more bookish, but its reality as small firms make you feel burdened but at the end of the day your are the one who has gained.
