Important lesson learned
“The proper formulation of the problem is even more essential than its solution.” - Albert Einstein.

Deploying software for live use is much more complex affair than the creation of it. Requirements Engineering i.e., Architecture & Business Analysis, are the foundations to tackle this complex riddle and generate sustainable business value from the enormous investments and human efforts in ICT. Robust Systems Modelling well founded on architecture, analysis, synthesis and design provides sustainable results and enables transformation of business processes to that of lean, agile, clean and efficient.

Qualities needed to become a successful leader
"The thing is to be receptive then the whole world can enter into you as if you are a kind of Noah's Arc." -Hermann Hesse
Initiative to develop a country
Honesty, dedication and vision to uplift the down trodden.

The essential aim of Science and Technology is to alleviate human suffering and provide quality of life to all.

Think open minded, shed all isms, have conviction to achieve quality in whatever we do.

It is possible to raise the bar of India, provided we are willing to apply Engineering Skills and translate them with rigor.

Quality, Quality and Quality in every bit and pieces of work that we perform.

"Dagny, there's nothing of any importance in life - except how well you do your work. Nothing. Only that. Whatever else you are, will come from that. It's the only measure of human value."

It is the wonderful truth that Swami Vivekananda pronounced:
"...Man walks. His stomach goes first, then his head. Have you not seen that? It will take ages to make the head go first."

Reflecting on the thousands of years of history of India, what have we learned? What happened to the sacrifices of our great grand fathers, rishis?

People across the globe are so engrossed in wealth that they are forgetting the basic human values.

What Lord Krishna urged in the battle field of Kurukshetra, is exactly what Swami Vivekananda is wondering to happen.
My role model
There are many people and many grand masters who have lived for the society.

I have codified this into a motto, that runs:
"The mark of leadership is the inability to differentiate the Art and Science."

I have prepared an elaborate presentation to explain what this is meant.
My family background
We live in Sydney. My wife works for Motorola. My elder son is in University pursuing a double degree in 'Bio-Medical Engineering and Commerce." My younger son is in Year-9.

Prior to migrating to Sydney, we lived in Singapore for over 16 years.

I hail from Andhra Pradhesh, India.
My achievements
I am still a traveler.
Couple of years from now
Life is changing, the world is changing, the environment is changing.
It is unpredictable.
The point in life is not where we stand, but in what direction we are moving.
Thoughts on Education system of our country
I have couple of essays in this regard.
