Views about 'Tech product Introduction is weak among Indians'

Its true that in India there so many talented techies are running behind the MNC's for top most salaries.I precisely feel this is the basic reason why we are lacking in the world markets and failing to develop tech products.We need to be open minded and start developing our own products.I know its very difficult to live without salaries but for a talented techie doesn't need salary but he needs patience and strong will power.If these people starts inventions buy developing different web products then with firm confidence i can say that our products will rock and roll at world markets.

Managing professional as well as personal life

Time management is the best policy to mange both the personal and professional life at a time.We need to remember that we are humans and we need to spend some time with our family.By doing it not only gives relaxation from busy life but even builds strong bond and family values.Once we stop bringing the office work to home and avoiding over time at work gives a chance to spend your valuable time with your family.

My name is Sudhir and i have completed my BE(2011) from Hasvita Institute Of Engineering & Technology with an aggregate of 63%. I have nearly 1.3 years of experience as a Developer,Tester and Maintenance at World Signs.This company is an advertise agency were they create advertisement boards and sign boards for different companies.My job role over there was Software Engineer and job responsibilities include Developing an web based application using ASP technology,Testing the application and Maintenance of the application.If required have given 24*7 windows support.Now currently am working as a Freelancer and involved in an developing an online Real Estate application.Beside my job i even stated blogging and sharing my thoughts through it.

I wanna see my self in a good position in a Multi National Company and thereafter i will plan to establish myself as a good entrepreneur.

Family Background

I am the eldest son in my family.My father works as an Government employee and my mother is a lovely home maker.I have one sibling who is currently pursuing his graduation in the field of Information and Technology.
