Job Profile:
I am a Behavioral skills Facilitator and Program Manager. I conduct programs at all levels upto Senior Managers on various Personal and Managerial Development topics. I am certified in Psychometric tools that help in Personality assessment and creating developmental plans for employees.
Prized Accomplishment(s):
The multiple roles I have played in the field of Learning & Development - from an HR Executive to a Training Coordinator, to a Facilitator and now a Program Manager and Coach.

Setting up of an HR and Training function in two organizations
Combining my experience as an HR professional, Soft skills facilitator and Therapist to assist employees in their personal and professional growth.
Done Differently:
If I could start all over again, I would have taken a degree in Psychology in my grad/post-grad years.
Working Life Management:
Watching movies, reading books, and providing service as a Counsellor are my ways of balancing my life.
Growth Strategy:
I have ventured into areas which I was skeptical to get into... Writing and Social media. These will help to develop and grow, and overcome my fears associated with the fields.
The Journey So Far:
I started as an HR Executive and moved on to become the HR Manager in two softward development firms. Within few years of my career I developed an interest in the Learning & Development space. I did self-learning, qualified myself with Certifications and jumped into the arena to start conducting Training programs. After working as an in-house Trainer for few years, I worked independently for 4.5 years, as a Behavioral Trainer, Consultant, Coach and Therapist. I am a certified Counsellor/Therapist and work with people one-on-one to help them achieve what they want in thier life. This part of my learning and work is very fulfilling and enriches me as a person
Changes In The Professional Environment:
Today it is not just instructor-led sessions, there are multiple ways of learning. Online courses, MOOCs, Webex..
