Could you tell us briefly about your family background?
My father is retired school teacher and mother & wife is housewives. Brother is younger and practising as Network engineer . My sister is engased with a private job. I have two daugter as well. Elder is in Grade VI and younger is a new born baby.
Required Reading:
7 Habits of Effective People written by Stephen Covey, My experiments with Truth written by M.K.Gandhi are the most effective books and for the website LINKEDIN & SILICONINDIA I use mostly.
Role Model:
First of all my role model is my father. He always taught me how to behave, compromise and deal with the situation by a honest way. His behavior had always inspired me. In the Professional field I was most inspired by my immediate manager Mr. Jahangir Minhas. He taught me how to represent own workings and achievement.
Career Profile:
I am Associate Manager for Plastic Division. I lead each and every activity related to Production. Proven abilities in enhancing production process operations, optimising resource & capacity utilisation, escalating productivity & operational efficiencies; while curtailing costs & expenses. Expertise in managing technically advanced, cost-efficient and state of art Production Systems and Processes.An enterprising leader with abilities to lead multi-skilled motivated team to achieve organisational goal and industry best practices.
Growth Strategy:
I fix the achievable goal as a KRA for Cost saving, development and following TPM for the 90 % efficiency of the machine, and customer satisfaction and then follow these goals throughout the year. I review my achievement on Monthly basis and change the customer satisfaction goal as per the feedback.

Started Job as ordinary workman and Now I am Associate Manager in a U.A.E based Multinational Company.
Job Profile:
 1. Heading continuous production of all machines (Plastic Div.).
 2. Spearheading an array of tasks like Strategic Production Planning, Plant Operations, Quality and People Management across assignments.
 3. Leading a team of production personnel including Supervisor, Operator and Assistant Operator & Helpers.
 4. Member of TPM, Inventory Control committee and Food Safety Team.

1. Training for BaaN7 (An ERP) software (Shop floor Management) & ORACLE OPM Module( An ERP) in 2006 and 2011 respectively
 2. AUTO – CAD (2D and 3D) from Emirates Professional Training Institute in 2008.
3. 6 months computer course in Short Term Programming for MS- OFFICE from SBTE, Patna in 1998. Secured ‘A’ grade

 I have also following Training as well.
1. Putting People First (Personality Development Course) in 2013.
2. FSSC 22000(Food Safety System Certification) Training in 2013.
3. Basic First- Aid training in 2010.
4. PF Basic training course from NISSEI ASB TRAINING SCHOOL, JAPAN in 2009.

I live the moment. Whatever is necessary for the same I do. Sometime family important and on sometime factory important but try to have control on both.
