I believe that efforts for a good cause will always reap in better results in the future. Always trying to put the best foot forward and act as per the situation demands me to. I am very approachable and am always trying to deliver what is required of me. A team player always willing to move ahead with the team and also take the team forward to the relevant goals specified or laid out. Very hardworking and always trying to provide the best output at the workspace.

Spare time activities

Music, Poetry, Composing literature for the betterment of the society. I try to uphold the truth so that every person is benefited from that.

Favorite Books and Articles

I read an incident of a burning bus in Kolkata in a bengali newspaper and it only gave me a sorry feeling that the Government's ignorance of the transport system and also a no protest approach from the citizens caused this kind of incident. It was an incident of ignorance in short.

Most influenced factor

I have been mostly inspired by my leaders who have taught me to think big and be positive always in my service tenure.

About Myself

I come from a city of West Bengal named Asansol from where I did my high school and 10+2. I graduated in BBA from Annamalai University and thereafter my first job in the corporate was at IBM as a HR Executive in 2007 and after that due to recession since I was on Contract I lost my job. I again joined a Consultancy and worked there for 3 months and then IBM called me again where I worked for 1 year again on Contract. I joined Capgemini after that on 22-Oct-2010 and am presently working there.

Most flourishing college experience

My most rewarding college experience would be achieving more friends who would help me and be in contact throughout my life.

Career Expectations

There are a lot of changes happening in the service line I am working and new work is expected any moment. More Immigration activities expected.

Family Background

I belong to a nuclear family based in Asansol. I have four brothers and no sisters. My father was a doctor in Eastern Railway retired in 1991 and my mother is a housewife. I am based in Kolkata with my wife and son. All my brothers are married and settled.

I love traveling that is the biggest love of my life.

Students can uplift the society by their increased participation in the problems every citizen faces and they can be a direct contact for citizens with the Government because of their powerful presence and unity.

Favorite subject

English Literature because it is a global acceptance and very much preferred by all.

First Job Expectation

I would prefer an organization look after its employees more than profit making. The organization should have a unified process so that work culture is enhanced. Security of employees should be a primary one especially of women.

Challenges facing by students

Scope of job opportunities in the current market. Inappropriate counseling or no counselling at all.

Most proud accomplishment

I have helped people, I donate to small underprivileged children and am always trying to improve the well being of the citizens.

Time Management

I try to give importance to things which need urgent attention and keep the remaining for later. People account mostly in scheduling time since they are a priority for me.
