Could you tell us briefly about your family background?
I belong to an Urban Middle Class Family where My dad is a SDO in Planning & Developmnet Dept. with Government,My elder Brother is DISTRICT MANAGER with a Pharma Company & My Brother in Law is a Scientist with GOI,& my sister & mother.They are very supportive,caring & encouraging for me & my career.
Career Profile:
At present Company there is a new work environment & challenge which needs to be proved for the career growth.It's very much different from the past company which was a Telecom Company as now I'm with an automobile company.Here the peoples are more supportive with Proffessional work attitude.
Other Thoughts:
Life is all about Learning,experimenting,exploring,so which ever proffession you belongs to your knowledge,versatility,ability counts the most.Be very tactful to your work,loyal to the management 881984 for god's shake don't fall into organisational politics as this is the hell zone for any employee.
Prized Accomplishment(s):
I have tried to be a HR Proffessional & ultimately I am here where I helped build the Complete HR Policy for my Previous companies.HR is a very typical & stagnant zone where your growth comes very slowly but once you establish,it's like having an old wine,everyone wants to have it & that's your exp.

MBA HR & the certain certifications for Practical training required for HR like Payroll & Statutory compliances etc.Apart fro this a very confident & administrative attitude.
Working Life Management:
Sometimes it becomes tough to maintain & time factor is the crucial part.But you have to remember that company is paying for your time so, forget all the worries & family matters before entering the office & concentrate on your work,in this your family has to play an important part to understand.
Growth Strategy:
Always be in touch with the Senior Person of the industry,news paper,online reports & be up to date with the changing rule,regulation & policy of the govt.Reading books & news articles of the HR Proffession & understanding the people's & organisational Psychology with changing time & acting upon it.

PF,ESI & LABOUR LAW BOOKS OF LAWMAN PUBLICATION & other publishers.Websites like Linked in & Cite HR.com is really very helpful for the new comers.HR Factor is a monthly book to read & understand today's organisational growth,challenge,strategy & the industry requirements.
