Could you tell us briefly about your family background?
My dad is a retired person from a private firm and my mom is retired government servant working as a housewife. Both have been very strict disciplinarians in their own right.
Degrees That Matter:
I have studied medicine, business management, sociology, law, psychology and psychiatry at post graduate levels.
Done Differently:
I would have tried archery and shooting as a sport otherwise I will try to move into education as a total other world career.
The Journey So Far:
I have stepped into various positions in the corporate world with much enthusiasm and innovative ideas as in improvement of personnel management along with supervisory duties.
Growth Strategy:
Concentrate on my core strengths such as my education, my abilities, my sincerity and similar other strengths for greater upliftment career-wise and even otherwise.

To stay focused on the way career-wise and profession-wise.
Advice For New Professionals:
Never lose focus on things you love to do. Keep on doing things that you think you can do or have the aptitude to do. Success will follow.

Getting a award for my accomplishments I have already reached and the following awards that are too good to be lost.
Required Reading:
Books of pulitzer prize winners and similar other books brings one back to one's toes.
Plans For The Future:
I think I will be a futuristic leader with futuristic ideas.
Career Profile:
My roles have been inter-related with each other in career and profession wise. Previous profiles and future profiles will be very well-related.
Role Model:
Dr.Devi Shetty of Narayana Hrudayalaya and Dr.N.R.Narayanamurthy chairman-emeritus along with the great Late Sir.M.Visveswaraya are great role models of their great stature, courage, success and determination.
Changes In The Professional Environment:
Professional environment has changed with lots of input and good output.

Nothing is served in a silver platter, one has to be having great determination, grit and confidence oneself to be the fittest.
