Family Background

I am married ,have a daughter who is 5 years old and a son who is 8 months.
I lost my father 2 years ago to cancer.Have my mother and 2 brothers.

Sri Sri Ravishankar Guruji.
He has brought holistic happiness to crores of people all over the globe through his Art of Living foundation.He is called the 'smiling Guru'.I feel to smile and make others smile too is the best thing that once can do in life.

Accepting software testing as my profession when it was offerred to me at very nascent stage of software testing.
Working with both product and project companies which gave better exposure.

The Journey So Far

Started as a technical support person.
Later worked in system implementation.
Then started my career in testing and worked thru various roles of tester,test lead to the current manager role.

A Fine Balance:

I Prioritise my work and work with focus and efficiency to complete it on or before time during work hours.
I switch to a personal mode and spend time with family,friends and society during non-work hours.
I do regular walking,practice breathing techniques of Art of Living.
