Most Important Lessons
One should do their effort and forget about being recognised, There are times when you least expect you will be recognised.

Politics are a part of Corportate, One should learn to deal with it.
Role Model

As everyone know he struggled against Cancer till the end and simlutaneously his achievements with Pixar Animation and Apple were breathtaking. One should learn perseverance from Steve and to make right choices (Droppping out of college)
A Fine Balance:
As the question itself says...Its always a challenge...One should learn to cope with that and its always case specific.
Current and Previous Responsibilities
I am in the same profile right from the begining
