Taking stock of activities that are not really enhancing my career or personal life and minimizing the time I spend on them. Offer to do task that I enjoy or that I am planning to do anyway. Allocate sufficient time for exercise when I have a jam-packed schedule "I feel like my head is clearer and I've had a little time to myself." I will take 10 or 15 minutes to do something that will recharge my battery.

Accept new challenges. I do not stop listening, teaching, mentoring and read lot. I find that mentoring helps keep me on top of my game. I continue to provide my clients with what I say I can provide, without any exaggeration or ego. Continue to bring in self-awareness, along with the team's feeling & dynamics.
