My views on India Technical development
Main root cause:
Stop giving goverment free beese to people.
Put Govt. Rule every one have to work upto 45years minimum, if no work panishment in the jail work.
our people indepentantly too strong in the team work and together is too weak, will improve team work.
Make our people work for us not for others.
Finally "Money make simple" no mony no new development. every one have to think pros and cons.
today education, temples and hospitals are business only looking for money only.

Preparation of KRAs for direct reports, conductance of Performance Appraisal and Identification of Training needs.
