Could you tell us briefly about your family background?

I have sweet family consisting of my Father, Mother, Brother and Wife with two twin babies. Father is retired Government employee and my wife is house wife. Brother is Manager. I came from middle class family back ground with rich family values and currently enjoying parenting with my sweet kids.

The Journey So Far

I am MCA graduate, started career at TVS as a trainee development engineer in IT department in 2011 and then I grabbed opportunity at GE into testing. Later I worked in companies like Virtusa, AVACorp in different roles Sr Consultant to Manager. Currently working for TenXLabs as Manager-Delivery.

I am working as Program Manger and responsible for projects delivery with quality expectations set by the stakeholders. Essential Advice

Do not think that getting testing job is easy compared with other jobs in similar fields, tester's role is very crucial in end project delivery and now a days expectations are very high and tester should think more-than a developer to satisfy the end users needs. Be competent with the transformation

The underlying theme is same, but to be competent with the other roles quality management shaped up very well to meet the industry needs. But the old methodologies and process standards are base for every change. If you have to be in the market you have to get updated to the new trends.
