Come from the family of educationists with 3 siblings..all married & well settled in their respective professions.
Education , Patriotism , Honesty & Integrity imbibed by parents right from childhood.

Changes In The Professional Environment:

Environment is much tech savvy , targets oriented , innovative , global approach & enhanced monetary lust . Branding , reach & focus on rural markets Foresight for diversifications & let primitive GO mindset is helping.

Done Differently:

Alternate Energy sources , Affordable Healthcare ,potable water & rural potential with mechanisation in agriculture are the areas I wd like to make a debut..

Broadening horizons & Global thoughts are the major shifts

Standard answer is that sick & frustrated with the working of governments of any political parties who are all self centred , corrupt , inefficient & unpatriotic.
Our governments have allowed China to become a super power & remained closed eyed pigeons in the nests.

Role Model:

We need to deal with present , hence many past role models cease to be my role models. Any one & every one who is raising voice against corruption , working towards nationalism , has no vested interests is my role model. It could be even anonymous guy on streets...he is my role model.

Working Life Management:

As far as possible , stick to schedules & adhere discipline ..balancing is not so difficult...

Required Reading:

Books by shiv khera & chetan are relevant in Indian context & simple to follow without much requisite of deep literature exposure . Newspapers are a better source of print publications but need every day following. Portals like yours are also worth following bcoz refined,concentrated info is avlble
