Important career decison
The Most Important Career Decision that I have made is Work for learning not for earning in my career’s first five years.

Degree that matters
For making a good career, a person needs good certifications and degrees also. It will help you for your future. For My career , MBA degree is very helpful.

My prospective towards freshers
Taking a fresher is become a risky, when you select a wrong person for a particular position .A Fresher can give new ideas to company. If a company doesn’t want to take fresher, then companies must prepare a program that can help fresher to enter in. Because a young blood can give faster growth to any company.

My attributes
My Strongest Skill is that, I can adjust in any environment and handles any situation without any hustle & bustle.

My role model
My Role Model is My Grand father. He continually encourage me that always do the right thing, whether you are getting support or not from others. Take a stand on your decisions and fight to get your rights.

My Grand father is retired teacher. My father is principle in Secondary school. My grandmother and mother are home makers. My younger sister completed her MA, and presently she is doing B.Ed. course.

Advice from elders
A simple advice given to me by my parents that always listen everybody(senior as well as juniors also) accurately before taking any decision and do what you think you can able to do and always believe in yourself.

Advice to students
I’ll give them the same advise which I received from my parents that listen everybody and believe in yourself.

My point of view
I do agree with you point , that we have so much technical talent in India, even we don’t have any tech product made in India. According to me that in our education system , lot of theoretical knowledge is being taught. Practical knowledge is lacking in our education system . that’s why talented people walks away from country to get that practical knowledge.

By changing our educational system and providing good facility and  technological support to fresher, we can have very good product made in India itself. Because if we see lots of Indians are involved for making these products, but they are not living in India.

So by making the base strong we can make a good solid buildings over it.
