Thoughts on Education system of our country

as far as education in India is concern it is almost at par with the world but the thing which is lacking and which is making our education system different from the world is education for proper civilized life. We in India are educated and professional but we lack Civilian senses and it makes us anti civilian at times. its no rocket science but if kidz are being nurtured from day 1 about the Living life in particular civilized manner. The only way we can improve is adding subject in theory and practical both about how to become a responsible Civilian.

My achievements

There are few but i am a man of my efforts and results falls in place on its own, so i don't follow them or look back, once its achieved. i move on. you may count this as one of my achievement as its very difficult to part ways with your success or achievements after giving blood and life for the same. and such attitude doesn't come so fast or natural. you have to practice it to even achieve the winning and down to earth attitude with all innovation up your sleeves.

Qualities needed to become a successful leader

Calmness, head firm on shoulder, winning attitude, down to earth nature, open minded, practical and innovative.

Important decision

axing non performing staffs, and staying away from negativity and welcoming any suggestions with open mind.

More about myself

Apart from being GM Projects i also look after the tie-ups for company for various items. materials, consultants, architects, etc.

My role model

My current MD, who is always full of Energy, at any given point of time out of 24 hrs, who is innovative, gentleman, task master and the one who knows business in and out with passion and in detail. He is Boss at times, he is nothing less then best friend, as and when we required.

Ensuring success

Pushing the limit every second, keep thinking innovative, keep eyes, ears, nose, etc open all the time. Do not keep any doors or windows with shutter closed in mind for anything and everything. And yeah...the never to die attitude and belief of "Yes ! I can do it...!

My family background

i live in joint family with my younger brother (into Films & TV serials), my parents(retired), my beautiful and smart wife (wall artist), and my adorable and lovable 2 kidz. one daughter and one son.

MBA or Business administration and resource management.

My strongest skill

Resource management, networking, innovative thinking, and calm but strong approach towards achieving each task.

Initiative to develop a country

stop working towards, saving their respective jobs and start working towards giving value contribution in developing their respective companies and business.

at the top most level but at same time with same or more energy, down to earth attitude and more innovative.

Important lesson learned

there is nothing like impossible in this world. always be ready for everything. innovation is the key to success as well as individual's growth and please please be good civilians.
