We are total 7 people. Father retired police officer. Elder brother working in insurance sector, Mother is house wife and brother working on his business.

Currently my role play as team leader and office management in kolkata office.

I have no role model, I follow my journey and that's enough for my motivation.

Start from zero salary as software developer, changed almost five company, worked as freelancer and now managing a small team at kolkata.

Not worked for money only, I take enjoyment from programing and continuous learning day by day, responsibilities matter sometime too. When responsibility is low and salary not as expected and when problem with team then it's better to change job.
