Software industry is changing rapidly and its very important to be upgrade yourself from time to time.. Though there is a tendency on moving to latest technologies its very important to understand the basics.. because i have seen many failed to understand basic, which make them difficult to build great products though they have good experience and certifications...

The Journey So Far:

Currently working as Architect with Qatar Ministry from November 2012, and is responsible for architecture and development of their in-house applications.
Stepped into the corporate world, by taking one of the research project on medical imaging at Siemens Information Systems Limited(SISL). Then moved to Wipro Technologies limited as Project Engineer, Served for two years in same capacity and primarily provided solutions to US and Denmark Clients.
Jumped out of Wipro to move to Qatar, but ended up in Capegemini as Consultant to Philips Innovation.
Again moved to Trigent, Aditi, Sonata Software Limited and worked as Senior System Analyst, had also visited US during this tenure...
During this was actively involved in publishing new articles on latest technologies, responding to many queries at stack overflow or Code Project or MSDN...

Changes In The Professional Environment:

As working in Software, Has been very used to and passionate on rapid changes in Professional Environment. Technology keep changing every year and need to be upgraded to match the pace..
The Time i started my career, System software's like Operating System, Compilers etc have started evolving rapidly, Windows XP one of the most successful OS and Microsoft started working on Windows Vista, which became one of the main platform with highly intutive (Enterprise Class) Design and software development interms of software changed rapidly since. Microsoft also Upgraded .NET to include many enterprise class Features like WPF, WCF, WWF, WCS, Linq which totally changed the software development..
Introduction of ASP.NET MVC, JQuery, AJAX, totally changed web Apps development, Microsoft introducing Sharepoint 2007, to include enterprise class service and made preceeded over many open source CMS like DotNetNuke etc..
