Brief description about me
I am presently working wih Tata Tele Services as Service Assurance Manager, I handle all the Post sales technical issues of a set of customer's on 9 different types of Communication services offered by our organisation.  I have a total of 2.5 years of experience in Software, Telecom, Networking and SEO Domain.
I manage all the complaint management and Troubleshooting teams of Karnataka Circle, around 200 people. I am also a part time blogger and SEO & SEM professional.

Challenges in job
I was never into customer interaction in my previous job's. So it's the present challeging part to me. It's helping me out to improve my communication and convincing skills.

Job made easy
In depth knowledge of all kinds of Networks, good relationship with customer.

Never leave or grab every opportunity to learn and improve your skills.
Advice to college students
Identify your limits and be in it. Understand that learning is a fun thing.  I thought the questions would be more on Silicon India website and the regular newsletter which would help improve your effectivenes, but did not understand why the questions were more general and professional feel free to answer my concern. Anyways answered all of them to the best of my knowledge
and understanding.
