Managing professional as well as personal life
Yes Sometimes its very difficult to manage the both Personal and professional life. But there is nothing like home. And career is also most important for all of us. So I have learned to manage both simultaneously. Whatever the situation is i never so my work pressure to my family as they worry much for me.
Views about 'Tech product Introduction is weak among Indians'
There is no doubt that in our country we have so much talent. But somehow we cannot make technical product here. I think the reason is there is lack of proper using our talent. In addition i would like to say choosing career is also another big reason. Most of us didn't follow our own passion. we are in a system and what we are now because the system choose us. still there are a few who are in correct track. for them my message is keep on learning think different, do innovative.
My important career decision
After my H.S (+2) i was in a lot of confusion. My H.S mark was not good and at that time i didn't have enough career options. But from my childhood i wanted to be engineer. And on that time there was no one to guide me to choose my career. I met few of my dearest people and discussed my situation. They helped me a lot and finally i decided to take one more year and prepare for AIEEE to get in NITs. And on the year 2007 i cracked AIEEE witha good score. I cracked state medical entrance as well. And i followed my passion. And now i am a mechanical engineer.
Books recommended
Every book has its own. It will depend on the reader to choose the writer or publisher. If there is confusion then go for popular publisher or writer.
My advice
For the freshers i would like to say choose that career option only where you always wanted to be. Do not hurry and do not take decision in hurry. Its your life and it should be in your way. Take advice listen, others, think twice but take decision on your own.
Making job easier
I always keep a mentality to learn. he or she may be junior, May be from other department. I always ask if there is any doubt. I like to listen them. I like to grab as much as i can. And also i give my input to them.
My role model
I do not have a specific role model in my life. But i followed several personality. I never blindly followed any person. I took from him/her what is nice/unique/ different.

For why i shall say that we cannot make a durable decision in the beginning of our career. So we should update our strategies with time. And depending on market value we should upgrade our knowledge, degree etc.
Family Background
I am from a middle class family. I brought up with a lot of rules and restrictions. So I always wanted to be a free man with huge success. I dream a lot with my future.

My father was a businessman, Mother is a government employee. And i have my younger brother, he is doing MBBS in Agartala.
Challenges faced in job
For a freshers i think the most hard thing is to cope up with new things. To embraces new things. But its good if changes are there, The more we face change the more we will learn and will grow up our resistances.
My strongest Skill
Punctuality, strong commitment, If i take a work i never be in peace until i finish that. No matter time no matter how tired i am i keep on doing my work only.
My achievement
I learned to wait for the proper time. I learned to increase my instincts. I learned how important career is. I know how to help and how to get help if its necessary.
Goals and Ambitions
I want to learn a lot in next 5 years.
