Listening to the grievance is the first step in resolving the issue and then listing the solutions and evaluating the best as applicable under the solution with the consensus of the employee is the strategy to deal with the grievance.

Empowerment and ownership of the work is the best team environment. A confident team member interact with one another more often. Also a common purpose also acts as a catalyst to promote inter-team communication.
My views on India Technical development
We are all biased and governed with desires and self interests. We need to overcome the psychological barrier of communication and help employees develop and also express themselves so that some one comes out with a brilliant invention.

I am aware of myself and continuously do introspection to improve myself. I also challenge my own decisions o verify if there is a better alternative and watch the moves of other leaders carefully and the effect of their decisions on others. Also as each individual is different hence their reaction in the same situations is different so I try to observe and learn from the experience.

Mr Cyril who was my boss in Provimi has influenced me to the extent that my attitude has changed. He gave me an environment to experiment and learn from the experience and also tips at difficult times to overcome the problems in my career and life.
