My advice to any fellow candidate in IT Industry would be to through the basics of what you are being trained and it is always necessary to keep yourself a master in at least 1 programming language.
My role model
I do not have a role model because my dream can't match up to 100% to another person's dream...I love to dream about myself and strive to achieve it...

Goals and Ambitions
My goal would be to complete 1 year MBA from IIMs or ISB and join a company in a senior role where I can make strategic decisions.
My achievement
I was a part of the "Best Project" in Infosys in 2007-2008. I alone took care of a module that required 4 different modules.
I am awarded the "Icon of the Month" in my latest organization - Cognizant!
Views about 'Tech product Introduction is weak among Indians'
We have become more focused on Service, rather there should be a balance between Product and Service, if we can do so and if big giants like Infosys, Wipro can come forward it can be done!!
Company and job profile
A Bengali lad took birth to a Brahmin family of Mr. Gopal Chandra Chakraborty and Mrs. Sikha Chakraborty in Feb 1984 in Madhyamgram - that was me! I was admitted to Calcutta Airport English High School from which I completed my Secondary education in 2000 and joined The Scottish Church Collegiate School for Higher Secondary. I got an admission into the prestigious Presidency College in Zoology Hons, but I wished to be an Engineer. I appeared for WBJEE in 2002 with the dream and joined Asansol Engineering College in EIE. My parents were very disheartened with this decision of joining a private engineering college and neglecting such a good opportunity of Presidency. They thought that all hopes of getting job is gone! But Surprising them all, I got my job in my dream Company "Infosys Technologies Ltd" from Campus recruitment and flew over to Mysore to join Infosys on 26th June, 2006 as a Software Engineer. I got into the grilling training of Infosys and cleared journey has begun...
Being different
Being an Engineer, I know management of time and quick action measures.
I know of something gets bad at the last moment what will be a back up plan! All these are very essential for life as well.
My important career decision
Being an Engineer, join IT Industry!!
Managing professional as well as personal life
I give more priority to Personal life while keeping in mind that it don't affect my Professional life. My family members are very understanding and they respect my professional life. Hence I don't have to make them understand the importance of professional life.
