I lived with my grandfather(nana ji),grandmother ( nani Ji),mother and younger brother.They are all living in kanpur. I am in noida working in hcl infosystem limited.

Everyone will do work in time and with honesty then india will become a developed country.

Thoughts on Education system of our country

Schools should become privatized and all paper utilities taken out of the equation. It would get the tree huggers off of our backs and the tax cuts from public education funding would allow parents to send their children to better schools where the teachers could be fired and given raises like real employees. I believe that learning is a natural function of humanity and that it only stops when we make it do so. When we tell our children to stop what they're interested in and attend lessons about something else, we're arresting this natural tendency. We should instead be encouraging and feeding it. We could facilitate natural learning processes by introducing interesting elements into the child's environment while encouraging independent thought and questions

Myself Ankush Chianshi.My birth place is kanpur.I hve done B.Tech from ECE branch in 2009. Then after that i joined HCL INFOSYTEL LIMITED as a Technical Support engineer.Right now i a working on ERICSSON EPABX SERVER.i have done so many installation of SERVER. i also handeled the SOLIDUS SERVER,CALL BILLING SOFTWARE,VOICE MAIL,BP-250 EPABX. I have work experience in SOLIDUSSERVER is about 2.5 years. In my family ,there is my grandfather(NANA JI),GRANDMOTHER (NANI JI),mother and younger brother.
