The Decisions That Matter
Actually am working as a Mainframes Developer. i don't want my skills are limited to main frames only, So i just learn Java and having some idea on .Net also. So with that am a free guy to work in any platform
Career Profile:
Right now am a developer so my responsibilities are design a code which meets all the requirements and the quality and all the things are done in time. i always meets my dead lines sometimes earlier too
Prized Accomplishment(s):
i started my career as a fresher but right now am working with 5+ experience guys. and am doing the things exactly what they doing. with in a six months my TL recognizes me and gave me the responsibilities which is had by 5 years experienced one
Family Background
my family contains four members mom, dad, me, and my brother.
satyanarayana is my father name and he is a govt employee, varalaxmi is my mom, she is a house wife and avinash is my brother he got admit in buffalo university for M.S recently so he is planing to go there
Changes In The Professional Environment:
i just joined as a fresher so at my joining i didn't know any thing how to behave how to talk etc. but now am a truly professional. i learnt how to enjoy my work and enjoy with other associates.
Job Profile:
six months back i worked as a fixer(staging table). fixer in the sense did the impact analysis and correct the records which are have error and analyze the code give the code changes which need to process the records with out disturbing it's original functionality. now am working as a developer. writing code and make sure my code meets all the requirements and quality as well.
The Journey So Far:
i just completed my 1 year experience and i seen lot of things and learnt also like how to be a professional and how adjust in a team more over the work
