Could you tell us briefly about your family background?

I come from a middle class family, father is a civil engineer and mother a housewife.

Plans For The Future:

Couple of years down the line, I endeavor to be knowledgeable, experienced and skillful in VLSI Design. I hope to be working in a growth oriented organisation and continue to learn along with contributing my abilities in the field of VLSI.

Career Profile:

Along with pursuing my M.Tech in VLSI, I am a research team member of the SMDP-II Project in Jadavpur University.

I am also one of the Online Ambassadors for Wikipedia India Education Program.

Job Profile:

1. Setting up & maintaining the server & client machines in lab.
2. Designing C-Shell & Bash functions for newbies in Linux.
3. Taking classes on MOS-Physics & Tanner-Spice lab for undergraduates taking short-term VLSI course in JU.
4. Helping students to make high quality contributions in Wikipedia

Prized Accomplishment(s):

Was running behind schedule for the undergraduate project work, but my partner & I worked more than 10hrs/day in lab to complete it in time.
We were selected as finalists in the 2010 Cadence Design Contest.

The Decisions That Matter

Choosing VLSI as my domain though offered a job in a separate field during graduation.

I guess right now work is my life...:)
