Initiative to develop a country

They can contribute directly in channelizing Indian young minds in all possible direction right from day one when the young guns takes their first step in school, e.g in India telling lie about anything is very common and not being treated seriously, people at public places and even children talks lie at very first step and no one feels guilty about it, I feels this is a stepping stone where human disrespect the feelings of another human being and makes a courageous effort to tell false things and is so common in our society because of which I feels humanity has been degraded down.
Professionals specially the educated mind can teach their children how dangerous is the attempt when someone tells lie/fraud about the things and it is a crime some act and one should stop telling lie. And there could be so many other areas where the educated mind can help and define the areas of do's and don's, And bring up the future of enchanting young India.

My achievements

My first attempt for a paper presentation where I was competing with candidates came across different states and I won a first prize in my very first attempt, this incident whenever I recollects gives me a proud feeling about myself.

My family background

My father us a Divisional Engineer in BSNL,delhi division and mother is house wife. I have two sisters and both of them have completed their graduations.

I am a software Developer with almost 7 years of working experience on DW (Dataware Housing) technology on Informatica tool, Currently I am working at clients location in USA,Chicago.

Thoughts on Education system of our country

I feels education system needs to be changed right from its grass root, In so many places at rural India the teachers itself are not educated to educate and give a proper directions to the students. In most of the cases teachers selection has been carried out through the quota system which leads to improper selection of candidate at the most desiring position.

Also students selection under any course should be based on merit and not on any quota system, perhaps I would recommend Govt. should provide all sort of facilities and can lower down the education fees for all such student who came from below poverty line but in my view we can not effort to compromise on the brilliancy under the name of quota system for people came from some special class.

Couple of years from now

I do not plan and work, I just take each day as a new challenge and try to accomplish my act with whole honesty, I am not guaranteed whether I will even be alive for next two year.

My role model

I have been inspired by Mr. Sourav Ganguly, bcos in the year 1990 when he was been selected for the first time to play for India and he has been dropped immediately after his first tour, but then he tried for 9 more years and again he has been selected for India in 1999 and then his career lasted for 10 years without a break where he captained India in WC and recognized as one of the greatest captain of India. During his Penultimate year of his retirement he has been dropped so many times from the team but on each occasion he shown a never dying attitude and made a successful come back but unfortunately he became a victim of boards politics. Sourav has inspired me a lot in my life.

Ensuring success

each day before I go to bed I put a checks and balances of what I have been asked to do and what exactly I did, and if I could have done the things better.
This attitude has helped me to perform a inner engineering (retrospection) of work I have carried out and any remedy if requires can be applied within the stipulated amount of time as result of retrospection is available on daily basis.
