Could you tell us briefly about your family background?
I am from a business class family, father is indulged in both wholesale & retail business. that is the reason i look my job as my own business & have proved myself as best employee in every company,many times.
Career Profile:
After 7 years of experince in core sales ,now I am working as BDM with a MNC (Core Marketing) from 1+ years
Role Model:
My Dad is my Role Model & every time he inspires me when I feel bored or tired because at the age of 67 ,he is still working hard for their business & never go offtrack from their beliefs.
Required Reading:
My favourite book is the secret & books regarding "Management"&"Corporate cultures".Silicon India is also a good source for updating your self regarding industry & world.
The Decisions That Matter
I started my career from Pharmaceuticals after my graduation, after 4 years I decided to join MBA.Then I started my career with a software company ,wherein I learnt & develop my skills for 2.5 years,then I got an oppourtunity in Training co for 1 year. & now I am in Core Marketing with a MNC.
Advice For New Professionals:
Choose the oopourtunity according to your Interest & take it as learning for alteast 2 years of your Initial Career.
Done Differently:
I would love to go to initial level of sales , wherein I have a good oppourtunity to earn more than the GM of the company through my sales incentives Or I will love to train the sales force for this.
Prized Accomplishment(s):
Got promoted in 2 companies within the first quater of joining, won trips of abroad & earned a good incentive for support of my family.
Working Life Management:
Its all because of my experience, I generally divide my work into parts and arrange it accordingly
Plans For The Future:
To be a part of management of a reputed organisation
Degrees That Matter:
I would love to do more management courses ever, It is a great addon along with my experience.

A huge change has been noticed , the customer is more aware these days & it is now need based selling instaed of direct sales.
