Important lesson learned
When asked by my BOSS to search a Document in my first job as Apprentice Trainee in 1990, I searched the Racks and Files a couple of times and reported the said Document not available. But when I was asked to check again (4th or 5th time) got irritated as to Why my BOSS is repeatedly asking me to search for something which is not available but never revealed my feelings. To my shock, I got the wanted Document from the same location which I searched many times before. When I handed the same to my BOSS, he calmly said "Never Say NO. Because My confidence is better than yours".
