Could you tell us briefly about your family background?

We are 5 members family, Mother, Father, wife, Me and my son. Father is doing business. Mother is housewife. Wife is doing job as QA. Son is still a kid.

I have independent QA accounts which iam responsible for everything. As well as QA/QC of projects executed in the organization.

I have a team of 5 and have experience in handling projects with the team size of 13.

Points of inflection

As a 3yrs experienced QA guy, I got a chance to lead the project and team of 13. I made project sucessfull when everybody lost hope on that project. It was developed for Indian Navy a prestigous project. At the sametime, being closed involved few projects executed with delays.

A Fine Balance:

Spending reasonable time on all aspects without confining them based on importance. At the sametime, considering priroties

Dont limit their mind to test againt expected results/requirements. It needs more than that.
