My role model
My Maternal Grandfather was my role model. He always taught me to never give up in life. He was a PCS officer, my teacher, grandfather, mentor, and a great human as well. Now he is not among us, but i will always be indebted to him till my last breath.
Couple of years from now
After completing my graduation in 2008 (great recession time), i got three campus offers, INFOSYS, SATYAM, I-FLEX. But i joined INFOSYS. And luckily Infosys threw me out saying that i am short of 0.14% marks. I begged the HR for helping me of this situation but Mr. Gaurishetty threw me harshly. It took me two Years to come out of that demoralizing situation. and i joined Johnson Controls I Pvt Ltd in 2010 as a Project Engineer, at an starting salary of 8000/- pm. it was really troublesome to carry at such a low salary as it takes around 3000 bucks to travel to gurgaon daily. but somehow i managed thinking that the time never remains the same, and, it happened too. My first appraisal was 30% along with the travel expenses. I moved on and its been three years in johnson controls and my third appraisal is about to come which will lend me handsome 42000 in hand approx. it was really tough but it happened easily with the help of some great people. And it is just the starting.
Degree that I recommend
A firm desire and blessings of your elders are the only degrees that are required to overcome all the problems and become successful.

Also, I follow one simple funda, that take all the good things from others and leave the bad, this will always keep you moving and lively.
Initiative to develop a country
Just do your work properly and at the end of the day, ask one simple question to yourself, Have you done your work Right and with Ethics.
My strongest skill
I am an Engineer.
My family background
I am from a lower middle class family of four members. Late. Sh. Pradeep Kumar Gupta (Father), Smt Suman Gupta (Mother), Rachit Garg (Brother) and myself.
Thoughts on Education system of our country
In this, everyone should watch 3 IDIOTS.
In our country talent is measured on the C.G.P.A. scale, which is so much frustrating and shameful that i can't say.

Important lesson learned
Patience is the key of all the learnings. But it doesn't mean that we will stop our work, but it means that we should always be set to complete what we have started, and never leave the things in the mid.
More about myself
When i was thrown out of INFY, i decided to be back there some day, and i hope i definately will be an INFOCIAN some day, coz i will never loose hope and love to be a part of this GREAT INDIAN COMPANY.
