Changes In The Professional Environment:

I started my career with a local news paper in Kashmir, then joined a national newspaper and presently working with an International Media Agency.. So from time to time i have had the taste and understanding of different working environment.

Family Background

My family includes, My father, mother, two younger sister and grandmother.

My parents had never been to school.My both sister are studying.

Other Thoughts:

This is my sixth year in Journalism and i have worked as reporter, Writer, editor, Anchor In diverse media forms. I have worked with Daily Etalaat, Relaity Bites magazine, Times of india, Political and business Daily and newsx (Internship).I have also contributed for American Chronicle and others.

Role Model:

The people around me are my role models and my biggest inspiration to join journalism are the people, whose plight, problem , achievement makes me to join this profession and let their voices heard.

Plans For The Future:

I want my work and myself to be honored and recognized, so that my colleagues, bosses and anyone associated with me will be proud and allow me to go ahead with greater Challenges

Life is all about learning, researching and experimenting... so i am more focussing on my credibility and the exclusiveness that makes me and others feel proud of what i am doing.

1. Captioning, editing the pictures that we get from our thousands of photographers and Agencies round the world.
2. researching the exclusive stories across India.
3. Finalising the interviews, meetings.

I can't believe the day when my first story was published in an local newspaper.

Although i have received three awards, but my biggest accomplishment is that all people including my family,friends and colleagues are proud of me.

Journalism has been life for me and my first love is journalism. so this is the only thing i will be doing again and again.

I work as Desk Editor with A British Media Agency Called Barcroft Media. My role includes.
•Researching and following the exclusive stories according to the international standards.
•Designated to Process the Images from different agency round the world,caption them and sent to different media house

Believe in yourself, Give 100 percent to your profession and always follow deadlines in life.

Working Life Management:

Management is an important aspect in life and a proper balance between work and life actually makes a man perfect on both sides. My biggest strength is time management that i keep deadlines for everything, which in turn helps me to make balance.
