Family Background

I was born and brought up in national capital city of - New Delhi. My father worked as Economics Teacher and we belonged to high upper caste hindu religion. "At time of my birth- our economic circumstances were quite good. " We were not affluent though but belonged to higher middle class society.

Changes In The Professional Environment:

Working with strategic management consulting to devise and move through a sound process - from Vision,Planning, to Implementation - It is more easier to achieve strategic and effective results. Times have clearly changed now from Implementation tools to process execution & media relations planning.

I have done B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from U.P. Technical University. I would advise young professionals and managers already working in MNCs to plan ahead in this competitive world. MBA from US/Europe is valued around the world. You can also earn $100,000 salary package.

Direction for organizational assessment and capacity-building plans to achieve improved performance benchmarks while collaborating with cross-functional staff teams, senior managers, board members and consultants. Preparing and conducting training sessions. Earlier I worked as engagement manager.

Advice For New Professionals:

Knowledge of contemporary program practices and procedures is mandatory. Managers and Sr.Managers should bring dynamic results and distinct program management style. Competitive Analysis, initiative and strong positioning strategies must be implemented in today's market as operations manager.

Growth Strategy:

I'm usually busy in program practice, maintain ideas, innovation and skills for market place design. Recently I have communicated with various division Heads outside India to coordinate strategies and plan annual calendar. Participation in non-traditional marketing events in India in coming months.

Other Thoughts:

Companies are advised to expand onshore operations. I have seen companies helped the business to grow by $ 1.2 million per year thru this strategy. For example Auckland which is the 9th best city in world by lifestyle and livability with 1,377,200 residents from all over the world and diverse cultur

Good question. I would go to USA and do research in management through universities such as Wharton business school, Harvard, kellog, Penslyv. Wont come back to India but settle in USA with H1B visa to work for great companies such as Mckinsey, Mcdonald etc on 100,000 $ per year salary package.
