My advice
I think the most important piece of advice I would offer is a to "Be a learner". Learn as much as you can about your own area of specialization. Ask questions to your superiors. Volunteer to participate on cross functional events. In other words, you should learn as much as possible and stay updated with latest trends in technology. If your organization supports professional development, take advantage of that.
Team Management
Effective Team environment is developed through sharing experiences and practice. The use of team-building activities can be an important factor in determining the development of effective teams; in the age of advanced technology and fast-paced business environments, some team members would never see one another face to face if they did not make a point to do so. Games and drills are an effective way to bring people together to build relationships, boost morale and promote mutual understanding of interests, personalities, strengths and weaknesses.
Managing personal and professional life
When you're a leader or Sr. psition, it's easy to get so wrapped up in your own workload that you don't make yourself available to your team.
Definitely you have projects that you need to deliver. But your people must come first – without you being available when they need you, your people won't know what to do, and they won't have the support and guidance that they need to meet their objectives. We should develop our emotional intelligence so that we can be more aware of our team and their needs, so that our people know when they can get your help.
Important career decisions
I wanted to be a .Net programmer and never did it. But now I am in online marketing and it has helped me learn and adjust to new possibilities. This role greatly challenges my intelligence (emotionally, physically and cognitively) daily. If something went wrong along the way I will always consider it as a good experience. When I make a mistake in making a decision I don't regret it, rather I learn from it and move on.
Leadership qualities
A successful leader assumes full responsibility of the work done by his team members. If one of the team member fails, the leader considers it to be it shortcoming! At the same, if a person in the team is successful, the leader should give full credit to that person for the success and celebrate team work. A leader should understand the team members and their problems and strive to find solutions. Leaders should offer new challenges with ample support to achieve these goals. One way to foster creativity is to offer challenges to group members, making sure that the goals are within the grasp of their abilities. The purpose of this type of exercise is to get people to stretch their limits, but to not become discouraged by barriers to success.

Many capabilities in life are a matter of acquiring skills and knowledge and then applying them in a reliable way. Leadership and learning are indispensable to each other, especially when things are changing rapidly, it is important to constantly learn and challenge yourself. Good leadership demands emotional strengths and behavioural characteristics which can draw deeply on a leader's mental and spiritual reserves. Therefore, I always try to maintain my calm even in adverse situations, think rationally and then act in a manner befitting a leader.
Current Job description
I have multiple roles such as handling company branding, online sales (organic search & generating leads), analyzing and reporting key metrics for SEO and PPC campaigns on Google, Yahoo and other search engines Analyze categories with competitive websites to gain market intelligence.
I help cross-functional teams with integration and implementation of the best practices to the current system and processes, important SEO decisions depend on my analysis and planning.
