Ensuring success

Life is full of surprises. I moved out of a secured job and took a risk of starting my own firm in Publishing services. Currently engaged in business development, aiming at growing the business! Started with 6 employees and have a goal of growing this number to 50 in one year.

Important lesson learned

1. Believe in yourself.
2. Never panic during hard times in life; cos good times will follow.
3. Put relentless efforts in an effort to achieve your goals....results will follow...sooner or later.
4. Respect people!
5. Never regret your wrong decisions; learn from them.

I would like to see myself as a successful entrepreneur in Publishing industry. Although, uncertainties in life have taught me to live low and aim high!

Develop self to such a level that people follow your way. Say 'No' to corruption and unethical practices. If you have it in you...go for it!

My father was Deputy Director of Sports in State Govt office.
My mother is a housewife. My wife is a professional in investment banking.
I have a 7 year old son, who is studying in Grade II at the Bishops School.

Thoughts on Education system of our country

It is important to provide education facilities in all parts of our country. The state of education in rural parts of our country is in bad shape. There are not enough schools, not enough teachers and very poor standards of teaching. This aspect has to be looked into.
