Could you tell us briefly about your family background?

My father was in a Government Service in NPCIL-Rawatbhata; he was expired in March 2010 and mother a Senior Teacher. Iâ€™m the older of their two children. My Wife is a housewife. Younger brother is a Astt. Professor.

Advice For New Professionals:

Listen more than you talk, don’t segregate yourself with people in your age group, don’t become part of a workplace band, take notes, pay attention to the culture, be open to learning and thank people who help you.

The Journey So Far:

After matriculation from CBSE,I completed B.Tech. in ECE. Now I am started my 1st job for Tata Indicom & hereafter I enrolled for MCSE, RHCE, and CCNA and subsequently did PMP from IIT, Delhi.
After that I join a IT Company and engaged with NPCIL Project as a system Admin till now since Dec 2007.

Role Model:

My Father inspired me. He has taken such a big role in my life. Whatever I needed even if it was on the other side of the world my dad would go get it. After a couple of years,I would see myself to be better skilled in my profession.I would like that people would admire me for my work and the company would grow more with my help.I would like to be a leader for my juniors and everyone will be proud to have been recruited me.Thank you to God.

Job Profile:

I am working as a system administrator here in NPCIL Project since DEC,2007. Managing Several server like web Server, Mail Server, Antivirus Server, File Server other Application Servers in Windows & Linux Based around 23 Servers.
In additional giving technical support to all 30 Junior Engineers.
