I am an Engineering Graduate from NIT, Surathkal. ICWAI, PGDMM, DIM are my additional qualifications. I have 22 years of working experience in Steel Industry. Apart from India, I have worked in Nigeria and now working in Indonesia.

Thoughts on Education system of our country

Should be based only on merit and not on reservations. If merit is not given due consideration, brain drain in bound to happen.

Initiative to develop a country

Professionals can do nothing unless there is a right environment provided by the political set up of the country. Thats why professionals like me prefer to work abroad.
