Brief description about me
I am an MBA and an engineer with 5 years of experience in IT/Telecom and Aerospace industry. I have worked on projects ranging from IT, Facility Maintenance, Telecom Fraud Management, Billing management, Flight Schools etc. I have expertise in Project management, Strategic Procurement, Business analysis and QA.
I love integrating and pulling ideas from different domains and making them work in different sets of parameters.
Important lesson learned
You will plan for things, but life will throw surprises. So keep your plans flexible and always have a plan B. Also, stick to your guts and prepare before the battle. Utilize the spare time in developing your skillset and learning something new.

It should be made more vocational and should be tuned as per the need of the industry.
Businesses should be encouraged to adopt schools and colleges and nurture the talent from grass root level.
One should not get education to get a job, students should be inspired to learn what they really love.
