Could you tell us briefly about your family background?

I belong to a happy family which lives together with love. And I was brought up with core values like honesty and spirituality, native to the land of Haridwar.

Done Differently:

First thing i will work on myself, what exactly i want and why, what are things required to full fill my goals for that i will try to analyse my each and every step meticulously. As to understand system, we have to part of it. And to understand system, analysis of surrounding is also necessary.

Prized Accomplishment(s):

I am happy to serve my country as a Scientist in Department of Space with my knowledge i acquired as part of my acadmeic. I contributed in 10 satelite launch vehicle missions from Satish Dhawan Space Center, Shriharikota. Each mission felt me proud about little but significant contribution.

Role Model:

Steve Jobs, i really appreciate his will power, dedication and passion. If you want success in your life the first thing is ....... vision should be clear and consistency of purpose are mandatory. Whatever happens in life, that has a purpose, the thing is we should be able to decode that.

Advice For New Professionals:

Make your vision clear and be consistent with your passion. And have some patience.
There is single key for success ......... smart hardwork.....

The Decisions That Matter

I was selected as a Scientist in Satish Dhawan Space Center, Sriharikota, that is an island far from mainland. But i was passionate to join Indian's only launch pad. As i belong to small city and it's far from Sriharikota. But i decided to join the Center.

Other Thoughts:

Apart from work and home we should be able to make balance with Spirituality.
Spirituality indicates our connection with nature. This body is gift from nature, so we should respect and understand nature.

Job Profile:

• Planning, scheduling and execution of propellant formulation trials, with quality and safety bench marks, w.r.t critical ingredients.
• Study by assorted trials of every aspect of propellant processing w.r.t to raw materials, process conditions/parameters, product characteristics etc.

Changes In The Professional Environment:

Yes, there is complete different understanding when you are inside the system and when you are outside. I felt now i am able to visualize things outside the box.
