My role is very important in my company. my role is to manage B2B sales & marketing, get govt. approval of our company brand under BOQ list which ensure you to get sure order in future within price comparison. I am working in Sanitary company, since 1956 its running at all India network but very poor visibility in the market except strong presence in govt. client instead of pvt. builder and retail network called B2C channel market. our major competitor is Jaquar, Parko, Rybo, GEM, and some more middle segments faucets manufacturer in the market. We have many designs with our own but our presence only with ISI and some economic product range. i provide 1.5 our of 5 to my company.

I don't give importance to sales because a good Marketing provides you automatic sales and marketing penetration. Sales is most important key to maintain growth of an organization.
