Be the best in whatever field the person is associated with. Make yourself equipped with the latest ideas/technologies and impart the same to your peers and juniors as and when required. If situation allows , try and acquire knowledge outside one's domain and comfort zone. Be the best or nothing.

Improving Education system
These days we hear about grading systems in board exams instead of the conventional marking system. However, I thoroughly vote for the latter one as it brings about a competitive spirit among the students and excel further. If I am a topper and I am aware of my marks scored then it gives me motivation to do even better. Regarding the education system, I believe we must try and frame
