I am Naveen Kumar Gongu, I hold my B.Tech from SRTIST (JNTU-H), I am working as a Design Engineer at Vama Industries Limited, Hyderabad, I come from Nagarjuna Sagar, My strength is smart working, My ambition is to become a owner of a company

Most influenced factor

I don't have a job upto August 2011, My friends working since 2010 and they are insulting me. That the time i found Vama Industri Limited in the Hyderabad, here I am joined as a Trainee. From December 2011 onwards I am payroll employee, Actually the company norms trainees to work atleast for six months free, but I am a payroll employee positio with in 3 months

Most proud accomplishment

In February 2012 we got a big project at that time my senior has left from the company, Then we have extra burden. We are team of 3 members only now. Now my thought was 'I got a chance to prove myself'. I am taken it seriously, I have taken Team Leader position myself and we have submitted project successfully with in one week. I feel very happy for this.

Spare time activities

In the spare I would like to meet parents and friends and talk with them about my personal and professional experience. Recently I am started spending my time with books, it gives me lot of relief.

Work hard , be honest and maintain punctuality, it saves other person time

I will give first priority for parents because without parents we are not here, then for my professional work after that friends

Family Background

My Father's name is Mallesh, he is a cloth merchant. My Mother's is Sharada, she is a home maker and also she helping to my father to in his business. I have a elder sister name Ramadevi and one younger brother. My family members are always supports me.

Most flourishing college experience

One day we are in the class of my HOD. He is a good person, but serious about studies. On that day my close friend seated besides me in the class. Class has running suddenly my sir was asking to my close friend his name also Naveen, "Where is the calculator”, then my friend looking to my face. I thought that he has forgot the calculator, then I stand there and replies to my sir 'Sir this is Naveen calculator, I forgot my Calculator' then sir said ok you sit. After some time we have seen Naveen calculator, sir also saw that, then he smiled after class sir has taken both of us to his cabin and said I like your friendship and keep it forever. At that time i feel very happy

Personality Development by Swamy Vivekananda, it is a wonderful book published by Ramakrishna Math. With this book i have loose my angry and I have improve my patience.
